Find the right fit
One focused role or a broader relationship. We build the scope around your facility’s priorities and existing team.
For a leadership transition, a new building, or more active physician involvement in quality and operations.
For a facility reviewing its admission, rounding, and clinical follow-up model.
For communities exploring visiting physician support and closer coordination with wellness teams.
For a team that needs review meetings to produce clear decisions and completed next steps.
Before we begin
A useful first conversation starts with clear responsibilities, coverage expectations, and a workable path to launch.
Yes. BridgeCare can discuss a complementary role alongside an existing medical director, attending group, or regional clinical team. We define who owns each responsibility and how the teams communicate before work begins.
The agreed role may include medical leadership, clinical visits, or focused operations support. Your facility retains its nursing, wellness, and administrative responsibilities. We document the division of work, escalation routes, and follow-up owners together.
We agree on the visit cadence, contact route, response expectations, and backup arrangements for nights, weekends, and clinician absences. Those details depend on the facility and the contracted service; an inquiry does not establish round-the-clock coverage.
Medical-director and administrative services are defined in the facility agreement. BridgeCare handles billing for clinical services performed by its clinicians under the applicable payer or payment arrangement. Scope, fees, billing responsibilities, and coverage requirements are confirmed before work begins.
Start timing depends on the agreed scope, clinician availability and licensure, facility credentialing and onboarding, and any applicable payer requirements. We confirm a start date once the necessary arrangements are in place.
A straightforward first step
Start with your facility, business contact, and the support you are considering. No patient information is needed.
Discuss the location, existing care model, priorities, and timing.
Confirm responsibilities, coverage expectations, fees, onboarding, and a feasible start.
Facility inquiries
We welcome facility inquiries from Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. Availability and service scope are reviewed for each facility and depend on location, licensure, credentialing, schedule, and clinician capacity.
