Before booking, assignment details stay private while fit and availability are confirmed. After payment is complete and the visit is confirmed, BridgeCare matches the family with a critical care doctor and sends the doctor's name and prep details.

The physician is not anonymous for the visit

Public pages keep the assignment limited first. The confirmed paid visit includes clear physician information before the advisory conversation.
